With over 15 years of combined experience in financial consulting, internal auditing, and management accounting, Mr. Mditshwa leads Zamahlangu Holdings with a focus on excellence, integrity, and community empowerment.

Deputy Chairperson
Dr. Simbongile Mditshwa is a dedicated South African educator and academic with a strong background in Commerce Education. He holds a Doctor of Education from Tshwane University of Technology (2025), a Master of Education from the University of Fort Hare (2020), and a Bachelor of Education Honours from UNISA (2015). With more than a decade of teaching experience, he has served as a lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology, North-West University, and UNISA, specializing in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and EMS Education. His work extends beyond lecturing to supervising Honours and Master’s students, contributing to curriculum design, and facilitating teaching practice assessments.
Dr. Mditshwa is actively involved in professional and academic development through his roles as an external moderator for Umalusi and the University of Fort Hare, a subject lead teacher for the Eastern Cape Department of Education, and a radio content facilitator for SABC’s Umhlobo Wenene FM and Tru FM. His research focuses on improving employability and modernizing accounting education, with publications in accredited journals and conference presentations. He demonstrates excellence in teaching, moderation, policy analysis, assessment, and research, and is committed to advancing the quality of teacher education and learner outcomes in South Africa.

Dr. S. Mditshwa holds a PhD from CPUT and a Master’s in Public Administration from NMMU. With specializations in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Mentoring and Coaching, and Business Administration, he brings extensive experience in organizational development and guiding teams toward excellence and sustainable growth.
